Thomas founded Fellowship Intelligence in 2025, after three decades in organizations where accountability and structured decision-making were non-negotiable: regulated financial services, security administration, logistics, and technology operations. He works directly with the people who carry the exposure: COOs, General Counsel, Chiefs of Staff and Compliance Officers.
I learned to type on a typewriter in school. Computers arrived in my school in third grade, and by eighth grade they were all we used. We had the internet at home when I was eleven. The tools have changed many times since. The question has not: who decided, what was checked, and who answers when it goes wrong.
A library you read, not an AI you talk to.
The Consigliere is written guidance on using AI at work: briefs for your role, editions for your field, and protocols for specific decisions. The app has no AI in it.
Many of the guides include prompts to copy into the AI tool you already use. Once a prompt leaves the app, what happens to it depends on that tool and how it has been set up. The guides are written to help you decide what belongs in it.
The app holds your account details and your plan. The Privacy Policy lists what we collect and why.
