Waiting List Privacy Notice

This notice covers the waiting list on theaiconsigliere.com only. It does not cover any paid subscription, which will have its own terms and privacy policy once the program opens.

Who is responsible

The waiting list is operated by Always Questioning LLC, the interim data controller for The Consigliere before launch. On formation of the Consigliere LLC, that entity will become the controller and this notice will be updated.

What we collect

When you join the waiting list, we collect the email address you enter, and nothing else. We do not collect your name, payment details, or any other personal information, and we do not collect or store any content from you.

Why we collect it

We use your email for a single purpose: to tell you when The Consigliere opens. We will not use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored

Your email is stored with our infrastructure provider, Supabase. The waiting list cannot be read through the public website, and we protect it against unauthorized access.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your email. We share it only with the service providers that operate the waiting list on our behalf, and only so they can provide that service.

Retention and your choices

We keep your email until the program opens or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. You can ask to be removed at any time by writing to [email protected].

Cookies and tracking

The waiting list page sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
